Royalty LP Incentive & Fee Distribution Program — Week 4
It is the 4th week of our royalty LP incentive & fee distribution program, and performance was strong. Let’s take a look at the numbers.
In week 4, we generated 58.9 SOL in LP fees and 2.97 SOL in royalties. Volume on the Cynova Legacy collection has been fairly low, which has been common amongst NFTs broadly. However, we were able to maximize our Hadeswap LPs and generate solid fees by actively managing the pools and rotating into high-volume collections. For example, we provided liquidity to Meta Tattoo Club and Yoots during their high-volume periods.
This week the number of qualifying NFTs increased from 4,766 to 4,829. At 50% of the LP fees distributed, we will be distributing 29.5 SOL or 0.006 SOL per NFT. This is a nearly 50% increase from the previous week.
We will continue to manage the LPs and hope to maintain performance. It is becoming increasingly challenging due to the macro environment, but we will be working diligently on behalf of our holders to maximize returns.
